I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and had plenty of wardrobe space. However, there was an issue with the mobile and data signal, which couldn't be fixed despite changing rooms. The service was professional and friendly, always offering helpful suggestions and assistance. The location was excellent, right in the city center and within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was good, but not exceptional. Overall, a great choice for a visit to Florence.
