Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and had plenty of wardrobe space. However, there was an issue with the mobile and data signal, which couldn't be fixed despite changing rooms. The service was professional and friendly, always offering helpful suggestions and assistance. The location was excellent, right in the city center and within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was good, but not exceptional. Overall, a great choice for a visit to Florence.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were nice and cozy, but a bit compact. The service was exceptional, especially with the helpful staff. The location was fabulous, right in the heart of the city. The dining experience was good but not exceptional. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and uniquely designed, accompanied by a fantastic terrace with a view of the Duomo and all of Florence. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the cocktails at the hotel bar were exceptional. However, the room lacked a strong AC unit, which could be improved to enhance guests' comfort.
This hotel is a perfect choice for a short stay, offering a comfortable room with ample wardrobe space and a good bathroom. The location is superb, just off the Ponte Vecchio and within a 5-minute walk to major attractions in Florence. The outdoor rooftop private area is a standout feature that adds to the hotel's charm.
The hotel's location is fantastic, nestled beside Ponte Vecchio and near major attractions and luxury shops. The rooms are cozy, but some connectivity issues detracted from the experience. The service was friendly and efficient. The dining experience offers a good selection, especially at Cafe Oro. The facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with friendly service and a great location close to all the best sights. The rooms were comfortable, but the lack of a strong AC unit was a minor inconvenience. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a variety of options to start the day.
